I feel good about yesterday! I stuck to what I wanted to, I didn't have any binging episodes, I did have the feeling that I wanted to binge, but I kept myself busy with other things and kept water by me (or crystal light) to sip on so I could keep something on my stomach. I did go over on calories but only a little and no other ranges was I over on, so I count that as a HUGE WIN!!
I'm very sore today, my butt and legs are killing me! My inner thighs too. But it makes me happy thinking of those areas getting toned up!
Today I did arms and shoulders and I can already feel myself getting sore, not a great feeling but a nice reminder of why I'm doing this. I had a super yummy breakfast, more calories than my normal oatmeal but still a reasonable breakfast and it stuck with me much longer then oatmeal does. I took a red potato and microwaved it, when it was cooked I sliced it up into thick slices, I took a frying pan and sprayed a little pam, salted and peppered the potatoes and put them in the pan, then I toased a slice of my whole wheat flax bread, cut a hole in the middle and put it on the pan, then I cracked 1 egg into the middle of the bread and cooked on both sides. Then I ate the toast, egg and potatoes all together, YUM!! It wasn't bad for calories, counting my coffee, creamer and a 2nd piece of toast with a little Earth's Balance, it was only 420 calories for breakfast. NOT BAD!
Today's a busy day with work, solid meetings from 10-5 (one ended 7 minutes early which is why i can blog here), but I will grab a healthy lunch of salad and lentils again and for dinner its grilled chicken, steamed green beans and rice. YUM!!
