Weekend plan worked. I didn't go over my calorie range at all and did all the exercise I planned. Food wasn't exactly the same but I still made good choices!
Friday night's run w/ my husband was funny, we start off down our street and I say to him "where do you want to go?" he says "to the bar". I agreed, but it was better that we ran. We did squeeze in some cocktails and pizza at an outside bar on Sunday night after we worked hard all weekend.
Sunday's run was a lesson in fuel. It was one of the first really hot runs of the season, and I didn't eat anything before. I was really dehydrated and ran out of gas at the end. Very frustrating, but I'm glad I went. Next time I will have half a banana w/ some PB or something. I was so shaky when I got back it was crazy.
I planted some tomatos, cukes, and herbs this weekend. It's my first venture into gardening and I'm very excited about it. My 14 year old is into it, he planted strawberries and cayenne pepper. Hopefully we get some veggies/fruits!
Saturday I went on a Virtual Spin Ride through Vermont. It was fun and a great workout. We climbed a very steep hill! Very fun, I would definitely do that again.
Now to plan my week, I bought breakfast/lunch/fruits last night, but I do not have dinners planned out to well.
Weigh in this AM was awesome, I am down 3lbs, and I stayed in calorie range for 7 days, logged fitness 6 out of those 7.
No more excuses! Log, plan, exercise and think positive. It works!!
