Day 1- Food logged and BWO+ done. Spent 5 minutes on the inversion table. I have added that to my daily goals. I have a pretty significant scoliosis, which will be evident when I am able to post my pictures. That should help.
I am making the exercise a priority. I'm holding my own with getting through it, AND I have a little soreness in the muscles. Just resting a little now before checking my blood pressure, since I forgot to take it before exercising.
I want the BWO+ to become a habit like brushing my teeth. Just a part of the daily health and hygiene maintenance routine.
