What to do when you're sick?

Use this as an opportunity to stop smoking!!! What's the point of eating well and exercising if you aren't going to stop smoking? As a quitter of many years, I can say this!!!!

Get out for some fresh air - even if you have to drive to find it!

Drink lots of fluids!

Make your own cough syrup! Sweat some onions or garlic (my pick) over low heat. Pour in several tablespoons of honey. Add a sprinkle of cayenne. Make enough to have 2 teaspoons as needed. No worries about overdosing!!!

Stop doing everything yourself - either delegate or it'll wait!

Stretch or do some yoga to keep your body relaxed and fluid :)
