Have had nothing but food on my mind for 2 weeks now. Am trying to figure out what to serve at Graduation BBQ. The list keeps growing.

I am developing bad night eating habits. When I first started I never ate after 6, but then...I didnt work. Doing this while working all different shifts is SO hard. Uggg. Oh well, doing my best!

Today am working 12-9. SO, lunch time is all screwed up. I did get in bike time today though. 40 mins. Water *check*

Have a good day.

Not sure about your menu preferences or location, but here are a couple of suggestions.

Chicken Skewers/Kabobs. I marinated chicken this past weekend in a teriyaki/pineapple blend for six hours and they were fantastic.

Raw fruit salad- no sauce, glaze, nothing- the fruit sugars stand up on their own and the is visually impressive if you spend the time to slice and dice everything in a uniform size, or use a melon baller on the two melons listed here- . Canteloupe, Honeydew, red grapes, blueberries, strawberries. Throw is a few black or raspberries if you're feeling exotic.

If you are looking for a beef dish, check our Wofgang Puck's Chinois beef marinade. It is too die for, if marinated long enough. I'm not too crazy about the peanut dipping sauch it mentions, but that's just me.

And finally, simple tri-tip COATED in a dry rub of Montreal Seasoning.

There you have it... all my barbeque favorites from Sunny California.
