I have no idea why I do this to myself over and over again. I need to change my mind set from mindless eating to a healthy lifestyle.
I think I will challenge myself with finding healthy recipes that taste good to me and my husband. I need to plan my weekly meals and go shopping with just that list in mind.
It will get easier when I have a new cookbook to go to. That's my first challenge to myself.
