did anyone see that last night on TLC?
I taped it because I knew I would cry through the whole thing from what I heard at the start of the show. people loved their dogs soo much they were lost without them when they passed.
I didn't see it, but I agree BESCATS. It is soooooo very hard to lose our pets/furbabies. BUT each furbaby I've had is so unique and special I wouldn't trade it!
I missed that one too. Why do I keep thinking when does "Arnold" show up?
I miss my Mopet something awful. I'll never get another Carin so I can't compare them (no dog will live up to her). Same DNA doesn't mean same dog - just an exact look a like. No thank you.
I totally agree with Bescats. I was so sad when Maxie went to the bridge, and when Sneaky died I was inconsolable (It was a sudden, unexpectant death, and I had to do mouth to snoot). But, even if you clone them, they can't be the exact same. I think its so much better to adopt someone who needs help-it can bring new joy and love, and help a furbaby who needs it.
No, I didn't see it, and from what you say, I'm glad I didn't. I have lost many pets throughout the years, and will never forget any of them. I have 2 dogs and 2 cats. My cats are about 12/13 years old & one has medical problems. I dread the day when I have to make that decision again !! The best thing for people who are lost without their pet is to adopt, and help another one to have a good life.
