Little Changes

I sat down with my health coach to decide what changes I want to make one by one to create a healthy me...I am blogging about this to put it into writing so I can be accountable...to look back and know where I have been and where I want to be. A "contract" with myself.
1. Stop eating when I am full. Don't continue to eat just because it tastes good.
2. drink more water! Tea is fine but 1/2 my water should be WATER
3. eat more veggies!
4. Do not eat past 8 pm.
5. Eat at home more
6. be sure to get my exercise in every day not some days

I am sure I will add more as I come up with them but this is a good start...
Not all at once, but take one at a time and focus on it. I don't want to get overwhelmed by doing all of it at once. One step at a time.

Love myself as I would love my best friend or family. I am worth it!
