I feel like punching someone or something. I'm so frustrated with working out and eating right and not seeing ANY results. My scale has been stuck on the same number for 2 months!!!
I gave up all meat except chicken, which I always eat baked, no skin. Other than the chicken, I'm the perfect Pescetarian!! I exercise 4-5 days a week. I count my freaking calories. I drink tasteless water! I eat organic only! I've cut back on sugar and carbs and am continuing to do so. I don't know what else to do for my body to make it respond! I'm so frustrated and I'm so mad at people who give up soda and drop 15 pounds.
I know having PCOS makes everything harder but this is freaking ridiculous. Can I catch a break? I just want to see something reflected on the scale. Anything! I've got over 70 pounds to lose!!

Thanks for the suggestions ladies. I'm adding more strength training, starting today. I'm also adding more cardio by working out 2x a day on Mon, Tues, and Wed. I purchased flaxseed a few days ago and I'm going to start incorporating it in different meals. Prayerfully I'll see something within the next two weeks. Again, thanks for the suggestions. I appreciate it!

I'm sorry, it is so frustrating being stuck! Are you already strength training? I was stuck at a plateau forever and finally took up strength training. I only do 10 minutes a day, but have broke through my plateau. Just keep trying things. Good luck!

Are you eating enough fish? Make sure you get protein, it's essential for weight loss! And perhaps you need to mix things up to break though this plateau. The food seems fine, but it definitely appears as if you could enhance your cardio! Try aiming for 5-6 days a week, or do a more intense work out. Perhaps start incorporating strength training if you don't do that already. Don't give up, you WILL get through this plateau! emoticon

Hang in there, make sure you are eating lots of healhty fat, it will raise your metabolism. Your body needs fat especially EFAs (Essential Fatty acids) I know that it's taboo to eat fat but I'm telling you it works. Add some Omega 3s like salmon, flax seeds(ground) avocadoes. Those fats are extremely nutrient rich. THis is not my wisdom but have learned through alternative or new science. Best wishes and don't give up. Suzanne emoticon
