I feel like punching someone or something. I'm so frustrated with working out and eating right and not seeing ANY results. My scale has been stuck on the same number for 2 months!!!
I gave up all meat except chicken, which I always eat baked, no skin. Other than the chicken, I'm the perfect Pescetarian!! I exercise 4-5 days a week. I count my freaking calories. I drink tasteless water! I eat organic only! I've cut back on sugar and carbs and am continuing to do so. I don't know what else to do for my body to make it respond! I'm so frustrated and I'm so mad at people who give up soda and drop 15 pounds.
I know having PCOS makes everything harder but this is freaking ridiculous. Can I catch a break? I just want to see something reflected on the scale. Anything! I've got over 70 pounds to lose!!
