Increased Workouts

So recently I have increased my workouts to at least an hour a day. I started by going on the elliptical for an hour a few days ago. When I realized I liked this challenge and need it I have been trying to get in an hour of workouts a day instead of 30-45. I actually feel a lot better with the increase in workouts and I am sure to get better results.
I am still eating well, so this combination should be good for now!

    So true Kate! It sure does make a difference in how I feel :) I am slowly starting to see results, so that makes it SO much better.

    Awesome! And even if you don't see the results (which I can't imagine), just feeling better's worth it, right?

    With school getting out this week I am looking forward to having more time to increase my workouts.
