So recently I have increased my workouts to at least an hour a day. I started by going on the elliptical for an hour a few days ago. When I realized I liked this challenge and need it I have been trying to get in an hour of workouts a day instead of 30-45. I actually feel a lot better with the increase in workouts and I am sure to get better results.
I am still eating well, so this combination should be good for now!
