I did so well during Lauren Wardell's (SPARKGIRL32)'s fifth round of 15 Day Vitality Challenge that I decided to join this sixth round to increase my accountability and motivation!
Self-Love Goal: NO negativity! See myself as beautiful, strong, accomplished, and sexy, on her way to skinny jeans and a healthier life. Tell myself something positive in front of the mirror every day.
Nutrition Goal: Eat as many fruits and veggies as possible. Make a healthy smoothie every single morning. Don't go over daily carb limit.
Fitness Goal: Exercise EVERY day. No excuses. In 24 hours, there is plenty of time to carve out at least 30 minutes to take a walk or do a Jillian Michaels workout.
I chose to participate in this challenge because I did SO well in it last time. I hope to have fifteen great days of sticking to my goals and loving myself as I do so. I want to feel proud of myself for being so strong, and to feel a little better every single day physically.
