15 Day Vitality Challenge - 1

Tuesday, May 22, 2012

I did so well during Lauren Wardell's (SPARKGIRL32)'s fifth round of 15 Day Vitality Challenge that I decided to join this sixth round to increase my accountability and motivation!

emoticonSelf-Love Goal: NO negativity! See myself as beautiful, strong, accomplished, and sexy, on her way to skinny jeans and a healthier life. Tell myself something positive in front of the mirror every day.
emoticon Nutrition Goal: Eat as many fruits and veggies as possible. Make a healthy smoothie every single morning. Don't go over daily carb limit.
emoticon Fitness Goal: Exercise EVERY day. No excuses. In 24 hours, there is plenty of time to carve out at least 30 minutes to take a walk or do a Jillian Michaels workout.

I chose to participate in this challenge because I did SO well in it last time. I hope to have fifteen great days of sticking to my goals and loving myself as I do so. I want to feel proud of myself for being so strong, and to feel a little better every single day physically.

Your goals sound awesome and I am sure you will accomplish all of them. I completely agree that we certainly can fit 30 minutes everyday of some sort of exercise. I personally exercise 6 days per week but if I really think about it, I do it everyday because my hubby and I usually take a long walk on Sunday~that counts too. emoticon I need to increase my fruit and veggie intake so I am with you and will be trying to increase that in my diet too. Great blog!! I cannot wait to hear about your success!! emoticon emoticon
