Today I have had lean turkey on salad with some avacado and extra tomatoes/light dressing. Lean turkey chili so far 1 fruit/yogurt of the recommended 2 each. Started my day with some green tea and lemon as well as managed to drink all of my daily water intake already (as of 11 PM)
It is a struggle! My work shift ends at midnight and I am really craving some bread, chips, or something carb loaded! It's hard to not eat after I get off altogether since my work day is a shifted later than normal. I am not physically hungry but I have a slight head ache and feeling the need for that little push for sugar/carbs. Today I am under 80 carbs which is pretty low considering what I am used to.
Got in my two 15 minute walks today on my breaks at 5:30 pm and 9:45 pm. Going home to do day one of C25K but I think I am going to need to need to find some sort of snack to eat around 10:30 or 11:00 pm to help get that last extra push to get my cardio in every other day.
