I really wanted to be at my goal this week, but I didn't make it. Of course the fault is mine.
1. I ate things that I shouldn't.
2.I allowed myself to watch telly when I could have taken a walk.
3. I let people talk me into eating things that weren't good for me.
4. I didn't plan my meals at the weekends.
I have much to be thankful for.
1. Compared to many I don't have much to lose.
2. Although I lose weight slowly, I am still getting it off faster than I put it on.
3. Getting back to good exercise habits is so invigorating.
4. I hope I have learned my lesson to stop putting my priorities behind every other priority.
