All things considered I'd say today was a good day. Definitely a step in the right direction.
So I got my 6 glasses of water in. I got 2 fruits and 1 veggie in at breakfast. I listened to my affirmation cd in the morning before work and I am hoping I can write my affirmations after my shower in a few minutes. I also did a 25 minute workout on day one plus the cool down, but today I got in only 16 minutes and then the cool down. I would say it's still a victory because I did it! It might not have been the 20 I wanted but it is something.
The only thing is that I am trying to be more conscious of my dinner meal and I had a plan today but I got half way there. I knew I was making pizza for dinner so I bought salad fixings at the store today and then got lazy and tired tonight. So instead of just 2 slices of pizza and a salad. I ate 4 slices of pizza and no salad. I will work on this some more. At this point I can say I realize what I did and next time I will start with the salad instead of the pizza. I will keep a better plan.
