Day 1 Body Revolution (PM)

Oh Jillian Michaels. You are an evil evil woman. Magnificent, yes. Motivating, yes. But eeeeviiil!
I did cardio 1 tonight.
It hurts to move. It really hurts to do anything. I tried to walk to clean up the dinner stuff and my legs were really hurting, my abs hate me, my arms are screaming vulgarities at me...I guess it's working, yes?
I think I should take an advil before bed or something.
Unfortunately, I don't think I'll be doing any reading. I'm so exhausted and so tired. I think as soon as the 7 days are up, I'll do the nightly reading. I'm just wanting to crawl into bed and sleep.
All goals accomplished except for one which I'm moving until next week.
Until tomorrow morning...goodnight!
Oh, P.S. The vegetable soup was amazing (I didn't have time to make the chicken with it)! I don't even like onions or carrots. I mean, I forgot to put the lima beans and spinach, but I'm sure it'll taste delicious!

    Jilllian's videos are quite intense even her short workouts take advantage high intensity moves so you get a lot of calorie burn for your time invenstment. but yeah, if you do them right, you will be sore a few days afterward.
