I decided to just go for it and just do what needs to be done. Today I did pretty good. I took my daughter to the zoo and we both walked the whole way for 2 hours which is a really big thing for us. We had an ok lunch and dinner wasn't the greatest but little steps will add up to big changes.
I started a new challenge today and this weeks goal is to eat 5 servings of fruit and 5 of veggies every day. This is going to be very very hard for me! I usually only get maybe 1 or 2 servings of either each day let alone 5 of each! I did pretty well today I think. I got 4 servings of veggies (maybe 5, I'm not quite sure on veggie portion size yet) and 2 servings of fruit. Tomorrow I will get more fruit in.
I feel energized and I want to go go go! I know I can do this!!!!
