Indulged a bit

So in my attempt to rev up my metabolism, I've been trying to up my calorie intake for a couple of days. Surprisingly, I'm having a hard time. Like last night - We had pizza, chicken wings, and poutine for dinner. And somehow I managed to stay within my calorie range. Wth??

At least I haven't gained any weight......

    LOL! You are too funny! Hmmm I am not sure if pizza, poutine and chicken wings are great metabolism uppers though... It's amazing that you stayed in your calorie range eating that! LOL!
Maybe try eating more of healthy foods like a little extra olive oil on my salad or some extra protein or brown rice or fruit to trick my body into releasing weight. Also, I would drink a ton of water. I always forget to drink water for some reason until I am already so thirsty!
Stay focused on that dress! :)
