Well, I took my two dogs swimming yesterday and actually wore them out. Pretty hard to do, especially with one of them who seems to always on the go. I did notice that my active boy and I were both limping a bit this morning. So funny... Anyway, hope to be doing this a regular basis now that the weather is in the 100's and the pool water is a perfect temp.

Need to make sure I get on the inversion table today though and stretch out my leg and back muscles which are a bit more achy than they normally are.
