Did great today :) I am about to drink later.. but im really gunna watch how much i drink.
Breakfast: 5 oz of steak
Lunch: 6 inch herb and cheese veggie sandwich with lettuce tomato onion green pepper jalapeno and banan pepper..1 line of chipotle and 1 light mayo packet
Dinner i have NO idea yet!!
Feeling good after these 2 days of being back on track with eating right and working out!!!
