1) Clean off the kitchen table.
2) 30 min walk with new Shape-Ups (Sketcher shoes).
3) Watch an episode of one of my favorite shows. Make my nails cute.
4) Do 250 sit-ups and plank for a combined total of 5 minutes.
5) Log 50 miles on the stationary bike.
6) Try a new exercise & a new food.
7) Pay for P.O. Box, buy stamps, pay car insurance, pay towards CC's.
8) Organize kitchen cupboards, refrigerator, and storage unit.
9) Clean out my car.
10) Cook a recipe from out of the SparkPeople Cookbook.
It's gonna be a long week!
