New workout regime this week - day 1

Late start to the day meant I am already behind by a 30 min Stationary bike ride scheduled for the AM but so far so good considering.
Intake was minimal and considering yesterday's food intake, this is a good thing! My fiancée posted some excellent advice so I'm eager to put some of that to the test this week if at all possible. As it's a tight week, I'll improvise. (Actually every week is a tight week! lol)
New workout regime for today:
30 min Stationary bike
4 x 10 Push-ups
30 min Walk
4 x 10 Sit-ups
30 min Walk/bike
4 x 10 Alt. Dumbell Curls
4 x 10 Barbell Curls
So far intake just a bowl of sugar free Alpen (with full fat milk), an apple and a pear, two energy drinks and three cups of water. :-)
Planning a nice dinner though (leftover Bolognese with some penne pasta).
EDIT: Looking forward to some light weight resistance training later on tonight. I'm not going all out, I learned that lesson! Still nice to build up some strength. Am watching the protein intake which has been way too low tbh.
