Celery, Aloe, and why I haven't worked out in 2 days...

Monday feels great when you don't have to work! (Sorry, bragging about having this week off will probably continue until Friday).
I'm still horribly sunburnt. (See picture below)
Because of this, wearing a sports bra is pretty much out of the question. I tried last night and it scraped and burned against the sunburn. Therefore, it's been two days since I've worked out. Typically I don't work out on Sundays anyways, but I missed my Saturday strength training. Ugh :( I tried, but the lifting up and down of my arms burned. Trying to do crunches made my back sunburn feel like it was on fire. Pretty much, aloe is my best friend right now and I'm crossing my fingers that I don't peel. I'm staying very hydrated and taking ibuprofen for the burn.
Day one of my paid time off is going well so far. I plan on getting my apartment cleaned today, and I guess that is some sort of a workout, right?! I'm hoping by tomorrow the burn will have subsided enough to put that sports bra on and get back to the gym.
I'm still smoothie experimenting. I was out of spinach but I try to get those veggies in where I can so I put celery in it instead. I can taste the celery faintly but it's not overwhelming. Here's today's recipe:
1/2 cup fat free yogurt
1/2 cup almond milk
2 celery stalks (chopped)
1 cup frozen strawberries
1 cup frozen peaches
Blend and love!
