First, let me just say I think my daughter has psychic abilities LOL. I was thinking about how I haven't been exercising and how that is a no-no even while pregnant. I really need to be doing something! She came into the bathroom while I was getting ready for work and she said, "I wish we could workout to your Beachbody on the computer." I just looked at her and smiled. How did she know what I was thinking at that exact moment?! She usually does Turbo Jam with me, so maybe she misses it, too!
I have been very lazy so far in my pregnancy. I only do the absolute minimum and thank God I haven't gained a lot of weight because of it. BTW, I am 25 weeks along! Me and baby are healthy. It is going by so fast and I feel tremendously blessed!
So, I decided to state my goals again.
M, W, F - I will do Turbo Jam (slowly and probably modified of the 20 minute workout)
T & Th - I will do relaxation type yoga
Sat - Take a walk in the park with my 2 favorite people (hubby & daughter)
I just have to get it together!
