didn't do too well this weekend. i logged quite a few cardio minutes - walked with my dog for over an hour, did yoga daily, and incorporated some strength training too - but i ate so badly that it hardly makes up for it. made two different pizzas, one with pepperoni and black olives, and one a bit better with blueberries, arugula, goat cheese, and pecans, but spent most of the weekend eating them. went out with friends and had a few margaritas, and had wine and bloody marys at home too. drinking definitely gives me the mindless munchies, and it's hard to talk myself out of it when i don't have much to do. really hoping to find a job soon - i need something to occupy my time. i eat when i'm bored and since i don't have much going on, i'm bored a lot! hopefully i can be better about tracking my food and finally start to see the scale moving.
