If you havent seen this 4 part series, you really should! The first part is about the huge health risks ppl take being heavy. 2nd looks at a different view of weight loss from the heavy persons standpoint. I think that was the best one. Third talks about obesity in kids. Last is about how the food in this country is developed and advertised to us. I watched all 4 hours yesterday lol
In that 2nd part they said that if someone becomes overweight, they will have to either eat 20% less or exercise 20% more to keep it off then their former self. No studies have been done that it even goes away. So this is why if you have a friend who is the same weight and they can eat less and exercise less and stay the same weight. Yet me work my tail off and eat less to weigh 160. It was nice to see they did studies on this.
