20th May - Reached My Jump Rope Goal!

Yay, I reached my jump rope goal on Sunday 20th May 2012 - as I planned, hehe. It was 5 minutes jump rope then did some strength exercises then 6-min more of jumping. I was actually wanted to give up, thought I can finish up the rest of jump rope till goal on next day. But I somehow half cajoled, half tricked and some sprinkles of push harder and I got total 1060 jumps, WooHoo!

My workout on Sunday, 20th May 2012:
1. Morning, 1-min
# Tricep Dips with Leg Raises, 14 reps

2. Night, 19-min
- 5:10 ~ 5-min, Jump Rope, 5 sets of 100 Normal (500 jumps)

- 3-min, 6 sets of 30s
# Skater Squats, 9 reps
# Tricep Dips with Leg Raises, 11 reps
# Crunches, 13 reps
# Superman, 30 reps (hold the position for 30s)
# Modified Pushup, 12 reps
# Lateral Lunges, 14 reps

- 4:53 ~ 5-min, Jump Rope, 5 sets of 100 Normal (500 jumps)

- 1-min, Jump Rope, 6 sets of 10 Reverse (60 jumps)

- 2:30 cool down and 2:30 stretches

Total minute = 1 + 19 = 20 minutes
