The first few weeks was awful, I was tracking etc trying to be really on plan and the scales refused0 to move!!
I was EXPECTING that big initial weight loss, that was gonna spurn me on the track even more. But....2 weeks and nothing. What was happening, was I underestimating calories somewhere :(
So I had to have faith in the plan. Faith that keeping to the plan I would shift weight.
And finally...over the past few weeks I lost over 4lbs! (well 2.5kg in my metric). And I`m light enough for the decimal to go to 0.2 instead of 0.5 kg one my scales which I`m sure was not helping.
I`ve been making a ton of indian food, with lots of spices and legumes, and then I eat the left overs for the next 3 meals. This week I made indian style baked falafal:
Although this week I am going to be mega busy so I don`t know when I`m going to have time to even make stuff for left overs :( Maybe I should start cooking late at night for the next day.
Like I mean I can buy a sandwich or something from the convience store but I`m starting to find them so...unsatisfying now. Like it`s a 300cal sandwich but it`s gone within 2 mins. Oh well today I have left overs so I have made a lunch box of sour mango chickpeas, barely and brown rice and steamed broccoli.
My cooking is way better than convenience store food!
