Sunday, May 20, 2012 my hubby cooked one of my favorite meals(cabbage, cornbread, and sweet/spicy porkchops) today. Of course when I got home from work, I devoured this great food. Now I'm full and feeling guilty. Take that back, feeling tempted to get a second helping. Also I dread all of the extra workouts this coming week. But out of all the pigging out and husband tells me I am beautiful despite of the 5lbs I gained today. That alone will give me motivation. ALL SMILES!!!!!

    Aw, the "5 pounds" is just the food sitting there, and a little water weight. Do the math: if you wanted to gain five pounds of actual body fat, you'd have to eat 17,500 extra calories. Impossible! So, don't sweat it -- except at the gym, lol.
