I am so proud of my self. Last week was the first time I was consistent with exercise in a long time! I started on a 20 minute work out w/ a Zumba video. Since my time is limited in the morning that is the most I could sacrifice and still have time to get ready. I will eventually increase and figure out creative ways to do more exercises. Until then, stay motivated!
I also took the time to plan meals for the next 2 days. Last week when I started tracking my eating habits, I was shocked and appalled at what I was eating. While I am not going to go crazy with eating plans, I will be more mindful of my choices, and work on making better choices so that I can meet my meal plan goals. This is a great beginning! I look forward to the rest of this week!
