So Iíve made a plan for exercise!! I will walk Monday, Wed, Friday and Saturday. I will do Zumba on Thursdayís and have Sunday off. Sounds like a good plan right? Well now to get the motivation to do it. I just need to push myself. I should use all my frustration I have building inside me to fuel my walks.
I might start walking around my building on my lunch. It would give me a break from all the people and from sitting at my computer. The fresh air will always do me good.
Itís not that I donít like walking it gives me time to think and to just enjoy the outdoors but I get winded and itís embarrassing to me. But we all have to start somewhere!!!
