Breakfast - pumpkin pie smoothie!!
Lunch. 2 overeasy eggs and steak. One of my favorite meals of ALL time. I am a breakfast fanatic lol!!
TOTALLY forgot to take a picture of dinner (just a salad), but I'll make up for it with a really yummy recipe that I had for dessert!
Recipe: Protein chocolate?! Yuh huh!
1/2 cup protein powder (I use vanilla brown rice pp)
1/4 cup carob powder
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/4 cup melted coconut oil
pinch sea salt
1 tsp vanilla, almond, or peppermint extract (you pick your flavor!)
Mix well (it will be thick like cookie dough), then press into mold or form into cookie shapes, and freeze for 10 minutes before taking a bite and going to heaven!

1/4 cup hemp seeds or hemp protein
1/4 cup flax meal or more protein
8 tbsp melted coconut oil
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp vanilla extract
