Day 3 was hard. I don't have as much energy as the previous 2 days; however, I did do a tough hike today and exams really bog me down. I understand that veggos and vegans are not a fan of this part - but in order for me to make sure i can keep working towards my goal of doing pull ups, I needed to have some meat-form protein. I just can't quit it cold-turkey, so I put some sliced ham on my lunch salad today and had another slice just now as my snack while my coffee was brewing.
Breakfast: coffee, grapefruit, 1 hard boiled egg
Lunch: spinach, carrot, cucumber, avocado, olive oil, ham, and bean sprouts
Snack 2: slice of lunch meat ham
Dinner: spinach, red bell pepper, carrot, bean sprouts, sunflower seeds
Dessert: 10 grams 70% dark chocolate and 100g sweet cherries
Exercise: 2 hour mountain hike in the sunshine
