ok so. i just did my weigh in. and i'm down..get this...11 pounds..and with the quantities of food this plan allows i dont see it..but i'll take it!! i know most of it was water, but so what?? I passed my first 10 pound goal, and only have 9 to go till the next. I'm full, i have NO cravings, and its all healthy...i am SO pleased!!
as for the walking..i wont out yesterday. said only 2 laps. no more. ended up doing 5..lol..felt good all afternoon and evening. no bad pain just the normal pain (which IS bad but nthing like Fridays!!). i did walke up this morning in quite a bit of pain, and i may take today as my rest day, but we will see.
