So I worked out for seven consecutive days last week. Got down to 82.8 or something and in two days it was back up to 84. I went to a barbeque and then the next day had work where I didn't even eat very much but in the evening had a slice of crappy pizza. Anyway, I'm back to the gym today and I hope the weight will drop back off again- sadly I don't think it works that way. I had a chocolate chip muffin for breakfast so I've gotta be extra good for the rest of the day/week. Trying to avoid malted milk biscuits is not easy, but I'm going to have to be more strong willed if I want to lose this weight!
