I am trying to blog each day because I want to keep track of how I am feeling about training for the c25k and my weight loss struggles.
Today, I am doing week 7 day 2 (I think) of my C25K training. I will run 25 minutes again. I hope faster than last time! If not though, I will still be happy that I kept going with my turtle jog, for 25 minutes straight. I have a 5 minute warm up walk and a 5 minute cool down walk too. I wish the fitness gurus on Sparkpeople would put in a fitness category for running a 24 minute mile. I'm bound to get faster...........right??
