It seems I've hit a plateau in my journey. I still weigh 184 lbs. I saw my doctor last Thursday and she averaged that I lost about 1-2 lbs per week, since Apr 17 thru May 17. I think that's normal. But she was questioning why I'm not losing more per week! I admit, I've never been this big before. I work out 3x a week and have totally changed my eating habits. No soda, bread, cheese, eggs, fast food, sweets or fried foods. Sometimes I forget to eat when I get super busy, especially while volunteering at school those days. Not the best habit in the world...I know. But this is really confusing and aggravating to me. Should I pump up my work out? I've been increasing the climbing level of my elliptical machine, each time I'm on it and always do 30 min. Could I be adding muscle? I have lost inches...but I didn't measure when I started (blah!) I can only gage it by my clothing...eveything's big on me. So....what gives?
