19th May - ZWOW Preview, hehe

Saturday, 3rd day of TOM, should be the last day of rest from my fitness plan :D I always take 3 days off from normal plan as I always have either terrible cramp or heavy flow or both and those make me feel uncomfortable with my body when I'm doing exercises. Anyhow, I decided that I'm good enough to do short workout so I sort of did a ZWOW preview - suppose to be 5 rounds but I did only one as I wanted to try the exercises in easy, light pace, sort of like preview, hehe.

Findings: I need smaller chair that lower than my waist height, the chair have to be lean against a sturdy furniture or wall so that it will not move and of course, I need my mat :D

My workout:
1. Night #1, 14-min
- 11:09 ~ 11-min, ZWOW #18, 1 round of 4 exercises

# Burpee Step Up, 5 reps each leg
# Round Kick Back Lunge, 15 reps each leg
# Inverted Leg Extension, 20 reps (Alternate legs, 10 reps each leg)
# Tricep Dips with Leg Raise, 30 reps (Alternate legs, 15 reps each leg)

- 1-min, Jump Rope, 4 sets of 10 Reverse and 10 Normal (80 jumps)

- 2-min stretches

2. Night #2, 1-min
# Tricep Dips with Leg Raise, 14 reps

Total minute = 14 + 1 = 15 minutes
