so, I am needing to reaffirm my committment to exercise. I need to step up the cardio or the triathlon on August 5 is going to kill me. My goal is to beat my time from last year so sprint level length in less than 2hr 15 seconds. Last year I was already doing much more than this year so I have GOT to step it up.
That is an average of 72 minutes per exercise daily...
exercise bike moved front and center in living room.

new keycard for gym...the dog really did chew it!
