I did what I said. I, piddled around a bit but I got my butt to the gym and, as usual, getting there is over half the battle. I 'hiked' the treadmill to get my heart pumping (12 -13% incline) for 20 minutes and then did my entire strength training routine. Yep, I'm patting myself on the back. I hope I don't wrench my shoulder out. LOL
