Experiencing my first gain from my vacation week back home.
3 lbs even.
This will put me back a week, but it could have been worse. I'm not happy about it or complacent with it by any means, but I did a green smoothie detox yesterday to jump back into it and it made me feel a ton better (literally). I just wasn't surprised - since I ate terribly and still worked out of course but I do know it's not something I want to make a habit of. I woke up early this morning to walk on the beach with a friend, and that was workout one of two for today (just walking isn't too bad to do twice in a day :D) and I may lift some later. Taking a break to tan in between. I start work Monday, and it's only a 20 min walk away so I'll be doing that. AND they also have a gym for the employees! SCORE
