I've been working out hard. My trainer pushes me to the limit, and I push myself. I've done everything from boxing to boot camp in my workouts. I'm always mixing up my cardio, from biking to running to the elliptical.
The scale has not moved since March. However, I continued on. I wasn't discouraged. I've been feeling more athletic and stronger. I continued tracking my food and eating well. I keep going, no matter what the scale says.
My trainer took my measurements last month, where I found out that I was down inches all over my body. He took my body fat composition which also went down.
This month measurements again, lost inches all around and I went down 22 lbs of fat in the last month! That is fat converted to muscle. My body fat weight went from 111 lbs to 89 lbs! My BMI went from 45 when I first started to 36. I'm 6 points away from being out of the obese range.
I'm kicking butt, and I'm not looking back.
