Yay! The scale likes me. :)

Down 1.8 pounds this week! The gym (and some healthy food substitutions) did the trick this week. Plan to up the ante this week and add some extra exercises. :) I just love it when the scale shows some progress! Off to swim at my baby girl's house. Hope ya'll have a great day!

    Thanks Jeanette! We had a great swim (about 2 hours worth~one hour too much of the sun though!) and a nice day! It's not often that I get to spend so much time with my oldest. :( She lives 40 miles away.
