Day 139: Busy Day!

Today should be a busy day full of soccer games and face painting! My sister asked if I could help her face paint for a school festival today so that should be fun AND away from food! lol!
I had the horrible munchies yesterday. I munched ALL day, well until dinner time when I FINALLY became full and tired of looking at food and wasn't hungry for dinner. :/
You know though, I was trying to make myself feel better, so I was thinking about this whole process. It's been 5 MONTHS! 5 months of no soda or sweet tea. 5 months of no cake, cookies, bad snacks, NO PROCESSED FOOD, bad food period. Now when I get the munchies and/or binge attack, at least it's on too much soup, salad, tofu, veggies, fruit, and worst case scenario.. veggie chips. That's also 5 months of exercise! Even if it's not marathon training or anything, its still exercise! ME, exercising for 5 months in a row!! As many times as I think about how slow this process feels sometimes I really need to think about how great it is that I've been diligent for 5 MONTHS! That's BIG. I'm not really good with sticking with things. Well, I guess I should say I WASN'T good at sticking with things. NOW I AM! I HAVE TO BE! :)
TODAY WILL BE A GREAT DAY!!! I CAN DO THIS! WE CAN DO THIS!!!

Monday: Cardio & ST!! Half Done. :/ Did the treadmill but not the ST :( I'll do it today!
Tuesday: Cardio! DONE! I did my treadmill and Level 1 of Jillian M's 30 Day Shred! Ouch! lol!
Wednesday: Cardio & ST!! DONE! SP's Day 1 of Boot Camp DVD and Treadmill
Thursday: Cardio! DONE! Day 2 SP's 28 Day BC DVD and Treadmill!
Friday: Cardio & ST!! 1/2 Done! I'm about to go do a ST video though to make up for it though!
Saturday: Light Cardio!
