Round 2 for the day,Not sappy

Saturday, May 19, 2012

Well...I must say that Writing my blog earlier about my kittens Soulfie was really helpful. I was home all day dealing with this situation all by myself while my husband was at work and just needed someone to talk to or hear out my feelings. I really love that you guys are here for me.

Bad yet good news. Bad News...Tomorrow I will be taking kittens in to be put to rest. Good news in,my husband said that we can cremate her and bring her home with us. One way or another she was going to end up eventually with us and I don't want to put her in my back yard and my Puppy find her. OMG that would be so awful to deal with. But,I'm at least going to be able to have her ashes with me. emoticon

Ok,well While Soulfie was resting in the bathroom. She like sit in there cause of the tile and close to the sink for water...and away from the dog....strange kitten. She loves to hide behind the door. And PEEK! PEEK! bah her hobbies are weird. ANYWAYS! While she was napping was able to get some cleaning done! YUP,my office is coming along! PHEW....I have about two more days of work...its boxes I need to go through yuck! emoticon Spring cleaning at it's worst right now! and I'm running out of TIME! emoticon But it did help me keep my mind off

Well Like I mentioned before I was able to exercise today. I did manage to get some Core exercises, upper body and Jumping jacks and running in place. THEN me and my hubby went on our Friday walk. Even with everything going on today I manage to still get my exercises in...

Core strength training
Dancing around for who knows how long...but still counts.
Upper body strength training
Jumping jacksx30
Running in place: 30 secondsx3
walked 30minutes: 1.22 miles emoticon

Everyone,Thank you so much for your comments earlier today. Thank you for caring. Soulfie is a very sweet kitty and Youngest out of her other 2 feline brothers. All my kitties are indoor only and very close to each other so I know for them it's hard. Brawly on the other hand my puppy has no idea whats going on....hes like "PLAY?!" ugh dogs. But I truly am thankful for your kind words.

I'm so sorry about Kittens. emoticon But she had the best thing that a kitty can ask for... a good life with a great mom who loved her very much! emoticon

And hey, you can't blame a dog for being a dog. They're not very bright sometimes, but their hearts are in the right place! emoticon

((I kid, I kid! Dogs can be very smart!... but please don't tell my cats I've said that. emoticon They already think I'm a traitor for giving treats to the neighbor's dog... emoticon ))

I'm glad you found a little comfort in being able to share your loss with us. SP is a great place for support of all kinds. It's awful to lose her, but it's good that your husband is so supportive and understands the closure you need for saying good bye to your little girl.

Remember that exercise releases hormones and chemicals that help us feel better emotionally. While it can't take away the loss and grief you're feeling, continuing to exercise may help you deal with it a little easier.

Again, my condolences.
