16 ounce green smoothie (kale, coconut water, green grapes, celery)
Wild caught salmon with one piece Ezekiel bread
Baked sweet potato fries with coconut oil
Went to an all day TOPS convention, very inspiring! The guest speaker was an amazing man who walked across the country and documented it. I bought some walking poles and a pedometer. I feel excited about all the new things I'm learning. The book I'm reading "why women need fat" is fascinating!!! A whole new spin on why/when we as a country started getting FAT, let's just say I am NOT eating vegetable oils (soybean/corn) again if I can help it! And I'm going to allow some full fat dairy and more grass fed meats. Of course as many plant foods as possible, today I had less than usual.
