Well i've gone 6 days without exercise and I am missing it alot. I've started a new job so I've been on training so by the time I get home its late and I'm tired. The good thing is that I've been very careful with my diet so I'm still holding at 133. Tommorow i plan to work out both in the morning then the evening and also Sunday. I've got to make a real effort to include exercise in my day so i may have to either get up earlier or work out as soon as I get home before the tiredness sets in. Hubby had shown an interest in working out with me but thats fallen to the wayside. I'm still hoping that he'll come on board because he needs to lose weight for his blood pressure. Tired, going to bed...Tommorow I'll bring it!
