Week 1 - So far so good!

Well, I got on the scale yesterday, and I was very happy with the results- down 5.2 lbs!! WOOHOO~ Boy did I need to see that on the scale!
The shakes taste good, and they keep me full. I am not hungry and find that I am not mindlessly munching!
Some days, I had one shake some day two. I usually made a fresh salad for lunch if not a shake, and ate a good dinner.
Ready to add some more exercise this week, had a rough weeks physically and emotionally, didn't do much in the way of exercise. Put the two together, looking forward to some good results next week!
