TGIFriday! Been another busy day that the ranch and was strugglign with the motivation again (clearly the exercise dvds are not pushing my buttons)
So what do we do...we repeat the things that work for us until they stop working.
Didn't expect to do as much as yesterday but to go was enough (and on a -huh! shock horror - a friday night)
Cross trainer = 30 mInutes (5 more than yesterday) - BOOM
Several new strength training machines - POW
And then the inevitable wall hit... I knew I really should get on the treadmill but idonwanna pout pout donlikeiiiiiiiiiiit!

Just give me 5 minutes.....ok that was abit tough but you're not dying so do 10.
I was reaaaaaaalllly struggling, the music wasn't quite there for me...then the screen in front of my went blank between adverts and there it was, the flash of fitspiration....the reflection of me, running, sweat glistening in my collar bone. Yes I don't look exactly like I want to just yet but right there and then, I looked strong sweaty and sexy. So i turned off the tv and ran towards myself.
25 minutes baby! (5 more than yesterday) -OUSH!
I walked home in a state of beautiful euphoria listening to Florence and the Machine 'Dog Days are Over' skipping, punching the air and spinning round. Who cares what anyone thought, I kicked gym ass!
