SERVING SIZE: Two 8 ounce glasses
(Nutrition information for 1 smoothie)
Fat: 0.6g
Carbohydrates: 32.7g
Protein: 8.1g

5 frozen whole strawberries
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1 large banana
3 tbsp Oikos vanilla greek yogurt
1 cup skim milk

Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until your desired consistency
