Day 172-more weights

I basically repeated yesterday's workout with a few changes: 15 min elliptical, a different weight set (biceps, chest, delts, quads), various crunches, and then stretching. I think the elliptical is giving my calf some needed rest too. I hope to jog tomorrow morning. It's going to be a hot day tomorrow again.
Tonight is busy again, but things slow down or at least change up after this weekend. Tonight is Patrick's eighth grade graduation. He (and I) both think it's silly. He's moving on to high school, not getting a diploma or degree or something. I've encouraged him to go and we'll get the nice pictures like we did last year of Mikey. Yes, I'll have two high schoolers next year. The twins and Mary both have soccer practice tonight, and tomorrow are the last games. It's been fun, but I'm ready to move on.
School ends next week and I've picked up some extra hours at work. Swim team, driver's ed, and basketball camp all happen the beginning of June, so I still have a busy schedule. I can have the kids walk to the things at the school, however, so maybe not so much driving. Plus, once my oldest gets his license, he can do some of the running around. First, I have to get over the fear of him behind the wheel. I think he's giving me my first gray hairs!!
